The New and Improved “Kids at Carlisle”

Bring your children to one of the following events and introduce them to the automotive hobby. Not only can they learn what a big block Chevy is or how many feet in the air a 4-ton monster truck will fly, but they can also participate in activities designed just for them!

"Kids at Carlisle" is available at the following events:

• Carlisle Performance & Style (Saturday Only)
• Carlisle All-Ford Nationals
• Carlisle All-GM Nationals
• Carlisle All-Chrysler Nationals
• Bike Fest (Saturday Only)
• Carlisle All-Truck Nationals
• Corvettes at Carlisle

“Kids at Carlisle” is located inside of Building R, near Gate 2, and open to all children ages 3-12.

HOURS OF OPERATION FOR THIS EVENT (Subject to Change)

• Friday: Noon – 5pm*
• Saturday: 9am – 5pm
• Sunday: 9am – 11:30am*

*All Events except Performance & Style and Bike Fest

What's Happening Inside?

Enjoy our newly renovated facility with brand new toys, fun activities and much, much more! Stop inside Building R or reference your event magazine for a detailed schedule of activities.

TOYS AND GAMES

Rummage through our toy box, you never know what you’ll find! From old classics to current favorites, kids can play until their heart’s content with our large section of brand new toys.

OUTDOOR FUN

Come run, jump, swing, and climb on our outdoor swing set and play house. Feel the need for speed? Race around on our kid-size pedal car race track.

LIVE ENTERTAINMENT AND FUN ACTIVITIES

There is always something going on inside “Kids at Carlisle!” In addition to the games, crafts, and activities taking place all weekend, enjoy live entertainment throughout the afternoon on Saturdays.

MODEL CAR CONTEST (OPEN TO AGES 3-14)

Put together a car or truck model at home (age appropriate) and display it in the Building R to be judged. Models are judged in categories according to the age of the child. All models must be on display by 2 p.m. Saturday. Judging will occur after that time, and awards will be presented on Sunday. Participants must pick up their models by 11 a.m. Sunday in Building R. Registration is required. Contest not held during Performance & Style and Bike Fest.

FUN FIELD DISPLAY

Children can display their ride-on cars or trucks inside the building and “show off” just like Mom and Dad. Each participant receives a “Kids at Carlisle” Fun Field dash card and a special prize during the Sunday awards ceremony. Registration is required. Display not held during Performance & Style and Bike Fest.

PARADE

Kids will parade from Building R to the Stage for their very own awards ceremony. Model contest participants (with their models), children driving their ride-on cars and any other child who cares to join the fun are all welcome as we parade to the Stage! Parade not held during Performance & Style and Bike Fest.

AWARDS CEREMONY

All participants in the model car contest and “Kids at Carlisle” Fun Field gather in front of the stage for their very own awards ceremony! Ceremony not held during Performance & Style and Bike Fest.

MINI-CAR GIVEAWAY (AGES 3-8 ONLY)

One lucky child will win a battery powered ride-on mini car! Children ages 3-8 are eligible to win the mini car. Entries are collected throughout the weekend inside Building R. Must be present to win, limit of one entry per child. Giveaway not held during Performance & Style and Bike Fest.

Please be advised that “Kids at Carlisle” is not a child care service. Parental supervision is required at all times.
